I'm looking to buy a home (a fixer upper) in Bartow FL,
I thought that I found the perfect home when I walked through the home I noticed a smell and the carpet was wet... So I called SERVPRO of Bartow/Lakeland Highlands, Scott arrived and was very pleasant and kind. Scott and my wife and realtor did a walk through the home and immediately Scott localize the source of the moisture and he found what would have saved me 30,000 + dollars.
The one of the bedrooms walls had separated from the foundation 6 inches and the whole roof and wall was about to cave in.
