Bartow Water Damage from Rain Water

This house in Bartow was situated by a high gradient for that area of Florida. The rainwater that entered the lower level of this structure was not drained by the faulty sump pump. The neglected property then also suffered from a mold infestation. We set up a pumping system to vacate the standing water even as we demolished the non-salvageable walls. We did manage to salvage the framing by eliminating the excess moisture from them and the interior environment. We used an air scrubber to purge the airborne mold spores and fogged an antimicrobial product to reduce the chance of a reinfestation.  The water and mold damaged treated area was dry and clean and ready for a rebuild if desired.
