Advertising Office Sustains Water Damage

This section of the advertising office sustained sufficient water intrusion from a broken water line to waterlog the commercial grade flooring. Since it was glued down to the concrete pad, we also used a heater after we drew out the water with a portable wet vac with a mat attachment. We also removed the baseboard, drilled some drainage holes to ensure total water and moisture extraction from the drywall and framing.
