Bartow Storm Water

The water rolled in from a broken picture window in the bedroom and soaked the carpet with relatively clean rain water. The Bartow homeowner requested that we salvage the carpet if at all possible. We promptly set up wet-vacs with mat attachments to draw the water from the fibers more quickly. The use of heated air movers and many dehumidifiers amplified the evaporation rate of the moisture and the capture of the airborne molecules. This was critical in saving the carpet and padding. Our highly skilled CCT (carpet cleaning technician) certified IICRC team member did an excellent job of drying out the flooring. He then applied a light fog to sanitize and deodorize the material. The customer was extremely pleased, and he realized what we mean when we say "Like it never even happened."
